At GB Naturals, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refunds and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

🛍️ Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care items), we can only accept returns if:
    • The product arrived damaged or defective, OR
    • The wrong item was shipped.
  • Items must be:
    • Returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us immediately with your order number and proof of issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used cosmetics/personal care items.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
