- Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care items), we can only accept returns if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective, OR
- The wrong item was shipped.
- Items must be:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need an exchange, please contact us immediately with your order number and proof of issue.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used cosmetics/personal care items.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
- Gift cards or digital products.
